Over the years, Cath has developed a passion for ear wax removal, a highly rewarding aspect of her work. Helping clients feel the immediate difference that comes with clear ears is something she finds both satisfying and fulfilling.
Cath’s personal story is deeply connected to her work. Born with hearing loss, she faced significant challenges in her early years, not learning to talk until the age of six.
Although her initial hearing loss was rectified, she permanently lost hearing in her left ear at the age of 11 after major surgery.
This firsthand experience gives her a unique empathy for those dealing with hearing difficulties, as she understands the frustration and isolation they can bring.
Cath’s warm, approachable nature means every client feels truly listened to. She loves engaging with people, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for during every appointment.
Cath’s dedication to her profession is reflected not only in her qualifications but also in her achievements and charitable efforts.
She holds an FDSc in Hearing Aid Audiology and was recognised with a Faculty Award for Outstanding Dedication and Achievement. As a Qualified Assistant Practitioner, she is also First Aid Trained in Basic Life Support and is DBS-checked for your peace of mind.
Beyond her professional life, Cath is passionate about giving back.
Having taken on challenges such as the London to Brighton cycle ride for the British Heart Foundation, the London 13-mile Moonwalk for Walk the Walk (a breast cancer charity), and trekking Mount Toubkal in Morocco in support of Hope Cancer Research.
